​Nutritional Services

Nutritional services include the Initial Consult and Follow Up appointments.

The Initial Consult includes extensive medical history review, research, and preparation for the client's 90-120 minute consult. Dr. Meyerink will generate food and lifestyle program recommendations to meet the client's individual needs and present them in the form of a Health Empowerment Plan. 

Follow Up Appointments are 30 minutes and are scheduled based on each client's needs. They focus on the client's ability to follow their plan and provide opportunity for questions.
